Our Team

Thomas started his career in tourism after his time with the army in August 1985. He began working as a trainee for a tour operator specialized in youth travel and parochial groups. When he left this company 11 years later, he was the general manager. After a year with a tour operator for study tours and cultural travel, Thomas founded B&T Touristik in February 1998 as a tour operator specialized in group travel.

Johannes was a salesman selling mostly via internet before joining B&T Touristik in July 2011. His technical knowledge and his experience with selling via internet helped a lot to establish tours for individuals.

Currently, there are 3 people working in this department who have up to 34 years of experience in the tourism industry. What sets our team apart is our extensive knowledge and expertise as an outgoing tour operator for German-speaking clients, catering to both groups and FITs, to various destinations across the globe. This has enabled us to develop a comprehensive understanding of the needs and expectations of tour operators, which we apply to in our work with incoming clients. Our team’s unique perspective and skills are a valuable asset in providing exceptional service to all our clients.
